Position: Manager, Design-01
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise & co-ordination with design team, forecasting the planning of design work to mitigate the time frame. Develop the Structural Design System as per running code & requirement. Develop subordinates to improve their competencies (functional, Analytical & managerial). Demonstrate proactive and high initiative behavior to achieve business integrity goals. Provide timely and structured feedback from customers/ competitive.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Work Experience: 9-10 years practical experience in Design of a reputed company.
Additional Requirements for all Jobs:
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• High degree of leadership competencies (Strategy formulation for his area, Business Understanding, People Skills)
• Very strong approach to Systems and processes.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
