Job Responsibility:
Define Regional Operations' work strategies based on Company‘s main goals and priorities. Prepare and monitor OPEX Budget of Regional Operation to ensure its proper utilization along with profitability of the company

Manage all Operation and Maintenance activities of Regional Operation within the SLA and agreed budget

Ensure proper and periodic preventive maintenance of all Core, Radio, Transmission, Power system, Air Conditioners, Generators, Tower & infrastructures and house keeping activities of infrastructures and sites

Manage proper User Acceptance Test (UAT) of all new commissioned and re-parented equipment, infrastructure, power system and services ensuring Quality Assurance

Resolve Customer Complain Solutions within SLA and ensure that accessibility, operability, quality, reliability & integrity of the Network are continuously improved to meet customers' satisfaction in the Regions and monitor the performance

Follow up the entire fault escalation (Trouble Ticket) with the relevant parties in the Regions, System Support Group, Vendors & SOC. track and monitor the performance of Regions based on the agreed set of KPI to meet the customers' expectations

Co-ordinate all the Regional Technology activities that include the project roll out, procurement of new sites & integration, PAT, re-parenting, operation & maintenance, Quality Assurance, site rental payment, site utility bill payment, site co-location & Infra-sharing, Spare Parts Management, calibration of tools & test gears etc.

Ensure HRM activities like adequate employees in Regions to mitigate the service delivery requirements, delegate works to the team with adequate & proper training, skills & learning process and ensure their well beings in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

a. 8 to 9 years of working experience with exposure in
i. GSM system
ii. Transmission system
iii. Power system, Generator O&M & cooling system.
iv. Technical auditing
v. Quality Assurance
vi. Telecom Budget preparation and cost efficiency
vii. Complex Project Management
b. Strong people and team management skills
c. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business
d. A proven track record in delivering against personal and team sales revenue objectives
e. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
